We accept exchanges and returns on all products up to 14 days after purchase. The products must be returned unused and in the same conditions in which they were delivered.


If you want to make a change send an e-mail to indicating in the subject “change” and your order number. In the e-mail tell us what products you want to change. We will indicate how to proceed and the costs to be paid or received in each case.

You must send us the product to the address we provide you.

The shipping costs of the new product will be deducted from your order.

To make a return write us an email to indicating in the subject “return” and the order number.

You must send the products you want to return to the address we provide you.

Once we receive the products we will proceed to refund the amount, excluding shipping costs.

We process exchanges and returns as quickly as possible but we depend on the delivery times of the returned products.

We are not responsible for the products that when returned do not arrive at our offices.

In the case of returns, we will notify you once we receive the products. From that moment we will proceed to make the return within a maximum period of 72 business hours. The return will be made in the same form of payment used. Once this is done, the application times in the account will depend on the card and the issuing entity. These times will oscillate within 7 calendar days for debit cards and up to 30 calendar days for credit cards.

In the case of a change, you will receive an email once we receive the products. If the change is for a larger product, we will send you a quote along with an account number to which you must pay the difference. Once we receive the payment we will proceed to send the new product.
